Teaching at the Table

Our teachers make mealtimes fun and friendly! Kids eat together at a shared table and learn to serve themselves from group dishes. During meals, kids grow important skills:

  • Social skills like sharing, talking about their meal, and saying “please” and “thank you.”
  • Decision-making skills like choosing what to eat and knowing when they’re hungry or full.
  • Physical skills like serving food, passing dishes, using spoons and forks, and cleaning up.

Your Baby, Your Feeding Plan

Whether your child nurses, bottle-feeds, uses formula, or eats solids—we're here to support them! If you’re breastfeeding, you're welcome to come to school to feed your baby. Or, we can store breastmilk or formula to bottle-feed your baby on their schedule.

Healthy Habits, Yummy Foods

Our team of registered dieticians create meals and snacks with fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains (and we don’t serve fried food, juice, or desserts). Curious about what’s on our menu each week? We plan our meals ahead of time, so you’ll always know what we’re serving.

Picky eater? No problem.

Our teachers are patient and caring. They know how to keep mealtimes stress-free. And, our menus have been tested and approved by kids! Even if your child doesn’t eat everything at every meal, they’ll use all five senses to learn and have fun.
