“ Being a first-time mom, I was nervous about leaving my child in the care of other people while I was at work. I searched high and low for a place to take my now four-year-old daughter to--I even tried home care, and was highly disappointed. My search led me to this center. I met Ms. Vicki after several phone calls asking question after question. One afternoon, I left work early and made a surprise visit to the center with my daughter to see just how she would react to this new environment. We were both pleasantly surprised. Ms. Vicki showed us around, answered questions, and made sure to include my daughter in the process. My daughter was sold once she saw all the kids learning, playing, singing songs, and just being together. I could not have asked for a better place to take my daughter. I feel at peace being at work while she is at school. I do not worry about what is going on with her, if she is okay, or if she is being taken care of. The staff is friendly and kind. They know their kids, and that goes a long way in my book. My daughter is growing, discovering, and learning new things every day. I love to see the spark in her eyes as she tells me about her day at school. This is the place for her! Thank you, for being there for us and for providing my daughter a place to grow while her mommy is at work.

“ All of my children have been attending Northwest Highway center for the past four years. I could not ask for a better place to send my children while I work. The teachers are very involved with the children every moment of the day. The entire staff is so kind and always make events so memorable, like buying a cake for my son's first birthday; providing pictures of my kids participating in their daily lessons; and offering affordable tutoring for my five-year-old to help prepare her for kindergarten. Their efforts show that they truly enjoy what they do!I send the warmest of thanks to Northwest Highway center for their hard work and outstanding contributions. As a parent, I know how much time and energy goes into caring for children, so I deeply appreciate all of the time they have spent in order to dedicate their efforts to providing the best learning environment for my children. “ I love this daycare so much. The entire staff is wonderful. The director Mrs. Vickie is awesome. She truly cares about my kids and family. She is involved in everything that goes on in the daycare and makes sure that all the parents are up to date on how their children are doing. All of the staff is wonderful! They prepared my kids for elementary school and worked with them on any problems they were having. I don't have to worry about my kids while I'm at work. I know that they are being watched over and learning. I highly recommend this daycare to anybody and I wouldn't change my kids daycare for any reason. They are a blessing to us. 

“ When I think of Northwest Highway center, a few words come to mind: Commitment, communication, and Vicki Gilbreath. When my partner and I first began seeking out childcare for our newborn (I would be returning to work when she turned 3 months old), we were instantly drawn to NW Hwy center. The exterior of the building was well-maintained and attractive, the interior space was clean and organized, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The problem was, they would not have an opening for at least the next several months. Somewhat discouraged, we settled on a KinderCare center that was further from home but that had an opening. The NW Highway KC director, Vicki, said that she would let us know if and when an opening became available.Fast-forward a few months later, and true to her word, Vicki followed up with a message that a spot at NW Hwy would be opening up soon. I was on the fence about doing a transfer at this point, since we had fallen into a routine at the other center, but when I received another call several weeks later that there was indeed an opening, we jumped on it. It was the best decision! Vicki's commitment to her word and excellent communication is what brought us in, and the amazing staff that cared for our child made us so happy with our decision. I will always recommend the NW Hwy center team for trustworthy, dedicated, and personable childcare. They are absolutely wonderful!

“ We did what was best for our baby and that was to enroll her at this facility in Garland on Northwest Hwy. Ms. Vickie and her staff are AMAZING and we are blessed to be there!!

“ I want to shout out the professionalism of Northwest Highway Center Director Mrs. Vicki. My Grandson's mother and I were initially nervous about putting him in daycare as he was at home for his first year, but Vicki was so assuring and caring about our concerns. She spoke every time I came into the office and knew me by name. She kept me updated on my grandson's progress, and if she had any concerns, she shared them with respect. This goes a long way with me because she treats my grandchild's needs with care.I also want to shout out his teacher, Mrs. Mattie, whom he loves! she treats my baby like he is her own. I love her updated reports with his pictures and how he does from day to day. I look forward to them every day she got him drinking and holding his own bottle in no time and that says a lot because he's stubborn - the morning and afternoon staff are always pleasant as well when I come in. The care of my Grandchild is very important, and putting him in the care of strangers is a brave task; I love that the Northwest location has made Zaire's Mother and myself very Proud!
